Cafe Boulis, located at 30-15 31st Ave in Astoria, NY, is a family owned Greek bakery cafe. The owner, Panagiotis "Pek" Peikidis, after 5 years of working in the high-risk video game industry, decided to go into the restaurant business. His mother, Lemona Peikidou, who's been cooking professionally for years in Greece, joined the team to make her traditional homemade Greek recipes fresh every day. Along with his sister, Eugenia Peikidou, who's currently studying Fine Arts, the restaurant is opened 7 days a week, serving coffee, traditional Greek breakfast and desserts.
